Description

Native to Southeast Asia and the northern regions of Australia, cajuput is a plant of the Myrtaceae family. Having been widely cultivated in tropical Asia and introduced to China as a crop, it is now grown in many tropical regions for its oil. Extracted by distillation, its essential oil is used in perfumery and a variety of other applications.
