Our products are available throughout the year depending on the harvest periods and the climatic hazards that some crops may undergo: for example, in some years, the deadline may be extended or the quantities insufficient to satisfy all requests.

We select the best products, without compromising on quality and depending on the availability of our producer partners, it may be that some deadlines are extended.

The average time to receive your products after receipt of your order or payment (if applicable) is 3 to 5 days for products available from stock.

We can send samples under certain conditions, which your sales representative will inform you about.

We ship the products from our sites in the best possible conditions in compliance with the transport protocols and regulations in force.

Most of our shipped products are taken care of daily by our transport providers.

Unless otherwise agreed, the transport costs are calculated as accurately as possible and remain the responsibility of the customer. They appear on the invoice sent under the heading "Shipping costs".

We do not have a DHL account.

We have a Fedex account, particularly for shipments in Europe and for major exports.

As far as the Espéraza site is concerned, we work with internationally established service providers who cover the French territory and manage our exports. The best quality/reliability/price ratio guides our delivery of goods to the most efficient service provider.

The FT, MSDS, COA are sent on request to your contact person. Some documents are available directly on this site.
