Description

Hamamelis virginiana is one of three species of witch hazel native to North America. Today, it is also grown in other temperate regions, such as the Ardèche and Landes regions of France. This tree, which can grow up to 9 m tall, has dark green leaves which, along with the branches, can be used to make a variety of extracts. It is harvested in summer.
