GARLIC WILD

Description

Wild garlic is a European perennial herbaceous plant of the Amaryllidaceae family that grows naturally in forest underbrush. It develops large narrow leaves and blossoms from April to June, sprouting umbels of white flowers. The plant is used in medicine and as a culinary condiment: the bulb, floral buds and leaves are all edible. Its harvest extends from January to October. It is worth noting that wild garlic has the same properties as cultivated garlic.
